An agreement between Universal Pictures Company and Abbott & Costello confirming the consent of Universal Pictures for Lon Chaney Jr. to use the impersonation of the character of the “Frankenstein Monster” in a manner similar to the portrayal of said character of "Frankenstein" in a television program.
